Here's some important stuff to know
Cancellation or changes can be made up to 48 hours in advance of your booking date, within 48 hours the full amount of the booking will be charged.
If you feel symptomatic with fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, or sore we will not enforce our cancellation policy.
Deliveries, shuttles and guiding may require a minimum number of bookings to operate, and may be cancelled at our discretion with notice provided to you.
All participants are required to sign a waiver, agreeing to the following conditions, among others.
To waive any and all claims that you have or may in the future have against the Releasees and the equipment manufacturers and distributors and to release the Releasees from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury, including death, that you may suffer or that your next of kin may suffer, as a result of your use of the equipment, due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence, breach of contract, or breach of warranty on the part of the Releasees in respect of the design, manufacture, selection, installation, maintenance, inspection, service or repair of the equipment, or in respect of the provision of or the failure to provide any warning, directions, instruction or guidance as to the use of the Equipment.
To hold harmless and indemnify the Releasees from all liability for any property damage, loss, or personal injury to any third party resulting from your use of the Equipment.
That the Release Agreement shall be effective and binding upon your heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns and representatives, in the event of your death or incapacity.
That the Release Agreement and any rights, duties and obligations as between the parties to this Release Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of that Province.
Any litigation involving the parties to this Release Agreement shall be brought solely within the Province of British Columbia and shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts or that Province.
