At FAR OUT ADVENTURE HUB, we're not taking the virus situation lightly.  This pandemic has devastated both our business and our community, and we need to be part of the solution while still carrying on what we love to do.  As you've heard a million times by now, if you're sick then stay home.  But if you are feeling well and can abide by physical distancing protocols, we're pleased to have you.  Here's what we've put in place for the safety of everyone.

Offer a completely online booking process for little to no face-to-face interaction

Provide curbside pickup and delivery options

Clean rental equipment after/before each use

​

Provide contactless (tap) pay options for in-store transactions

Encourage physical distancing at our place of business

Provide facilities for, and encourage, handwashing and hand sanitizing

Regularly clean contact points in-store and in vehicles

​

Equipping our shuttle vehicle with a barrier between the driver and patrons, and cleaning contact points after each use

​

Requiring employees to stay home if there is any indication of illness

​

Waiving our cancellation policy for those who are showing any symptoms of the illness or are in isolation
